The RegistrarThe Registrar’s Office is a very key one in Kibabii Diploma Teachers College since, as you know, this is where all academics are anchored. This implies, therefore, that anyone directly involved in academics, belongs to this large office.

The operations of the office are guided by the Registrar’s Council which is made up of:

  1. The Registrar.
  2. The Deputy Registrar.
  3. Timetabling Committee Chairperson.
  4. Head of Examinations Department.
  5. Director of Teaching Practice.
  6. Head of Library services.
  7. Secretary to the ISO Secretariat.
  8. Contract Committee Representative.
  9. Head of Department representing main (teaching) subjects.
  10. Head of Department representing support subjects.
  11. The Stores Clerk.

This is the team charged with planning and reviewing all academic operations. The Council is chaired by the Registrar or in her absence, the Deputy Registrar. The two representatives to the Academic departments alternate annually as Secretaries to the council and any two of them serve for a two- year term.
